Health Update - 2
Really enjoying eating healthy. I've kept well under 1800 calories a day. I might start posting a journal of my Calories and meal plans. I even made a few of my own recipes which turned out soooooo good. Also I started to buy some of my veggies from the local farmers market. Funny thing I always thought it would suck to eat healthy, now I realize it's the opposite!
Current weight - 213 :)
I added a ticker to keep track of my progress as the bottom of the blog. I'll update it with my weight change every week, if I can remember to. Besides the weight i'm losing I feel just fantastic. I've drank at least 8 glasses a water a day, when I was drinking maybe 2 glasses a week!
