Mondays
Mondays are my get in gear days, most people dread getting up on Mondays to start the day but I think it's important to start the day off in a good mind set. Today I eat healthy, I enjoy the weather (all kinds of weather)- Tonight I do my kettlebell workout :) I've been drinking a ton of water and over all I feel much more energized and capable.
