Day 1 - Eating Healthy

This was my first day of eating healthy. I made a light lunch, red bell peppers cut into strips with jalapeno cream cheese, a few slices of avocado and a small serving of meatloaf, it was delectable! Drank about 7 tall glasses of water, and 1 rootbeer soda for the day. Then for dinner I had chicken stir fry with light white wine sauce, and veggies. Ate a few snacks throughout the day, some animal crackers and green olives. I worked out for 20 minutes doing cardio/crunches and running in place. Felt amazing after. I also took my moms dog for a 15 minute walk after lunch. I'm going to try to eat healthy the rest of the week, then try to formalize a diet to start next week, I'm thinking of trying the 1800 calorie diet. When i weighed this morning i was 216. My goal for four months from now is to get down to 180. So, 36 pounds, then to keep it off!
