Weight Loss - Update

Third day of eating healthy. For lunch today i had a pork loin, cheesy broccoli, a small salad and three green olives, was very tasty. I worked out for 25 minutes, think i'm going to start working out every day, and use the kettlebell twice a week. For dinner I had a beef soup that I made with beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic and tomato sauce. I counted calories this time I'm working towards a 1600 - 1800 calorie diet. I ate a few animal crackers for snacks but that was it. Feeling really good about this :) Any feed back would be much appreciated.
