I'm going to start forcing myself to eat breakfast. In the past I have always neglected the importance of the first meal of the day so in my crusade to be healthier I've put together a plan for breakfast. Today I had half a grapefruit, one hard boiled egg, and two strawberries. I'm gonna start eating oatmeal every other day too to try and balance my diet a little bit. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
